Alarm Billing-
~Track alarm-billing information.

Evidence (with or without bar-codes)
Track all items of evidence in custody of the agency. This module is linked to the CAD/RMS database and will be accessible to any officer seizing evidence. The system will print and read bar-codes. All fields are searchable. The module will also generate forms.
Department Inventory (with bar-codes)
Generate a database to track your department inventory using bar-coding.

Vehicle Maintenance
Database of the main equipment inventory, which will include:
~VIN number
~Plate number
~Purchase number
~Purchase amount
~Location
~Type
~Year, make, model, color, weight
The database will also track vehicles and their associated expenses including mileage, repairs, additional equipment and mechanics log. The module will produce reports such as scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, history, and cost analysis. The program will give alerts for scheduled maintenance and have an inventory of the vehicle.
